Your store’s CML template is the foundation of every order. It contains the items you expect to be supplied by your CML. Manage your template to add new items or remove items you no longer wish the CML to supply.

Credit Requests

Entering Credit Requests in Workpulse is more intuitive as the quantity entered is the amount you want credit for. Note that you can enter quantities in partial amounts to account for individual donuts missing from your order. Also note that you must enter a Reason when requesting credit in Workpulse. Use the Reason to indicate whether the items were not received, they were damaged, or there was a quality or some other issue.

Blackout Dates

You must create Blackout Dates for any days your store will be closed—due to remodeling, holidays, or emergencies, for example. Without Blackout Dates, your store will continue to receive (and be invoiced for) donut orders autoplaced by Workpulse.
